“Haddd 3D Engine is a 3D engine being developed in C# using Managed DirectX. It makes intensive use of new generation of 3D gaphics cards taking advantage of shaders 2.0 and HLSL. The current public version is 1.0 and source code is available completely free.”

Now they are working hard on version 2.0.
